In 2023, We Secured a Significant Contract with the Noida Special Economic Zone (NSEZ). This Contract Introduced a New Set of Challenges and Services, Including the Deployment of a Large Road Sweeper to Cover 22 Km Daily. We Provided JCBS and Tractors for Daily Garbage Collection and Managed the Cleaning of Both Internal and External Areas of the Premises. The Scope of Work Also Included Sewer and Drain Cleaning, Sludge Disposal, Civil Work, Electrical Services, and Public Health Engineering (PHE) Services. Additionally, We Deployed Mechanized Road Sweepers and Provided Five Tractors with Trolleys, Along with Drivers, to Ensure Efficient Operations.
By 2022, We Began Leveraging Technology to Improve Our Operations. We Implemented Digital Solutions for Payment Processes and Invoice Generation. Our Housekeeping and Security Operations Became Paperless, with Employees Now Filling Out Digital Checklists and Uploading them in Real-Time Through an Admin Dashboard. Additionally, Security Guards Utilized Barcode Scanning and Geotagging During Night Rounds to Ensure they Remained Alert. These Innovations Made Our Processes More Transparent, Efficient, and Streamlined.
Our Commitment to Environmental Sustainability also Gained Momentum. We Adopted Paperless Systems in Several Areas, Began Using Environmentally Friendly, Non-Hazardous Chemicals, and Trained Our Staff to Follow Sustainable Practices. Our Efforts also Extended to Waste Management, as we Enforced a Strict Garbage Segregation Policy and Partnered with Companies for Plastic Recycling, Ensuring Minimal Environmental Impact.
In 2020, During the Height of the Covid-19 Pandemic, Aura Was Awarded a Contract to Manage Several Covid Care Centers. Despite the Challenging Circumstances, We Took on the Responsibility with Full Dedication, Providing the Required Manpower and Ensuring That Our Staff Adhered to All Covid-19 Safety Protocols. at the Peak of Our Operations, We Were Managing Three Covid Centers. Our Team’s Dedication Was Recognized when we Received an Award from the Additional Municipal Commissioner for Our Outstanding Service.
In 2019, We Expanded Our Client Portfolio by Offering a Full Suite of Facility Management Services. These Services Included Housekeeping, Security, Technical Staffing, Drivers, Pest Control, and Vendor Management. With Our Vast Experience and a Well-Equipped Team, We Successfully Onboarded a Diverse Range of Clients. Our Clientele Grew to Include Corporations, Multinational Companies (MNCS), Residential Townships, and Public Spaces Like Byculla Zoo.
